What is your dog's breed? (If you have more than one dog, please list a name followed by breed.)
Shih Tzu for all three
About Me:
I am 53 years old, worked in health care most of my life up till 4 years ago, when i became sick myself, and now am not able to work any longer. So needless to say my three little angels are what keeps me going. I would be lost without them. Even though i have a wonderfull husband and grown children and have grandchildren, I am home most of time alone, so my angels seem to think that they are the boss when it it just them and I at home.lol. They seem to know the days that i am not having such a good day and will not go far without me in there sight, the days that are good, let me tell you they make up for it, getting into as much mischief as they can, then turn around and look at me with those little sad puppy dog eyes thinking that is going to get them out of trouble. Darn them and it normally works. But to be honest i would not know what to do without each and everyone of them.
What is one thing your dog does that reminds you to open your heart and love more deeply?
Working in health care has always taught me how to open my heart and love more deeply than alot of people seem to understand. But then i have always found my love to be in looking after the elderly or in the ones who are terminally ill who really needed people with a very kind and caring heart for both the patient and the extented family as well. To me this is similar to how my dogs are, my dogs are always given unconditional love no matter what, as they always give unconditional love to us no matter what is going on. Unconditional love is something my dogs have taught me and is something that every person in life would benefit in life if they would know how to do this.
