What are your dog(s) names and ages:

Peaches she is 9 years old...we aren't sure 8 or 9 yrs. young

What is your dog's breed? (If you have more than one dog, please list a name followed by breed.)

Lhasa .... I rescued her ..... her other mom had cancer...died very young and needed a home for Peaches..or she would of gone to the SPCA...I worked with a girl who was friends with the woman who owned Peaches....we worked for the NYSE...she asked me if I would take her .... she said if she didn't get someone by the end of the week she would have to go to the SPCA...I of course took her...my cat just died at the age of 23....all my animals including my horse lived very long lives...my horse died in OCT at the age of 32.....Peaches came with a big smile and her toys and blanket...she at first thought she was just visiting....her other mom was very very ill...so information about her was not given to me...her mom had cancer of the throat and could not talk to weak to write her only wish was that Peaches got a good home. Peaches that night wanted to go home her play time with me was up and she wanted her mom....I held her and talked to her she curled up in my bed next to me awake all night...Then she knew she was not going back home.... dogs know things more than the scary animal HUMANS...that she was staying forever with me...never to see her mom again...her mom died that week...only in her 40's...the night her mom died...Peaches stood up on my bed and looked out the window paced and cried she knew her mom died...the next day I went to work which was right down the street from me so I always ran home and saw Peaches....her friend told me she had died the next day..I mentioned Peaches knew.......after that she always slept with me and was happy...she missed her mom for awhile but knew her mom was in a better place over the rainbow. If I go away on a trip...Peaches goes to my son's and stays with his family she loves her Aunt Robyn...most of the time she goes on trips with me and stays with me. My wonderful love of my life Peaches

About Me:

I worked with animals for many years...studied horses....at Penn State...Del Val college...I worked with a wildlife vet for over 25 years...releasing wildlife back into the wild after they were rehabilitated....I worked for the NYSE....I modeled....I raised a family....build 4 homes.....raised two sons who are married with sons....trained horses...rode horses......Animals are the best thing that I can say I enjoyed very much and still do. Being a Vet Tech taught me so much about there feeling how much they love us.

All my animals lived a long happy life...I lost some from disease that was not prevented it is life...and I lost our part pit bull and lab at the age of 13 to cancer. A good dog...All are good dogs...and they deserve to be spoiled...if anyone would like anything special for there babies ...go to www.diggindog.com have a basket sent to them or a dog bowl filled with special treats..Peaches loves them and the love they give to you is priceless.

Her big smile..and her talking ... she is always with me....she kisses my tears when I cry....she is my heart

A Happy time

I work saving and rescuing animals well I guess there both the same. My services are free of course. Our dear animals DON'T HAVE CHECKING ACCOUNTS...it is so rewarding for me when an animal was healed and ready to be released. I would get birds, racooons, etc wildlife that were hurt the head vet Mary Jane Stretch who started the foundation would repair the injuries with my help or a student ... we would keep them in a cage only if they had to be quiet until they healed. Maui

It's been a year since James's sweet Maui passed over rainbow bridge....she is watching over him and his lovely wife..she is with them always in their hearts...they never leave you that is a promise they make when you love them and they love you unconditionally forever. Me and Peaches believe animals are angels they are put here to teach us how to love. So sorry James but as you know she is fine. Hugs
